Who is this course designed for?

Post-Grad Pathfinders is designed to help PhDs find greater clarity and direction in building a career outside the tenure track. This is achieved through four main course objectives: increased understanding of professional values and superpowers; increased clarity of past career milestones and skills; increased understanding of how to thrive in transition; and a more clearly developed vision of a future life and career.
What does it mean to have a lifetime license?
Licenses are available for the lifetime of the course, which means that participants pay for the course once and get access to any bonus materials or other resources that might get added later for no additional charge.

The main topics covered in the course are core values and superpowers, milestones and skills, thriving in transition, and your future career.

Dr. Chelsea Hetherington is an ICF-certified coach who’s passionate about helping early-career PhDs find fulfilling and values-aligned careers.
